What does 'founding member' mean?
The first 100 users to join during public beta are assigned a unique founding member number — #001 through #100. This number is permanent and those members keep full access to the CESR workspace at no charge, even after beta ends and regular pricing begins.
What happens after the beta period ends?
Founding members (numbers #001–#100) keep permanent free access. New users after the beta will pay the regular subscription price of £50/month. We'll give plenty of notice before beta closes.
Is browsing specialty guides free?
Yes — all 67 specialty pages, framework units, and evidence requirements are freely accessible without an account, forever.
What does the workspace include?
Full evidence workspace: upload and map evidence to SSG sections and framework units, built-in PDF redaction for patient data, readiness tracking across all domains, currency window monitoring, in-app PDF review, verifier proforma generation, and clean assessor-ready PDF export grouped by SSG section.
Is my evidence data secure?
All evidence files are stored in private cloud storage isolated to your account. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Files are never shared or visible to other users. Built-in redaction lets you remove patient identifiers before anything is exported.
Which specialties are supported?
All 67 GMC specialties on the Portfolio Pathway — surgical, medical, psychiatric, pathology, GP, emergency medicine, paediatrics, and all other disciplines.
Can I use this alongside MedNext Portfolio?
Yes — MedNext Portfolio and CESR are complementary products. Portfolio is for specialty training applications; CESR focuses on specialist registration via the Portfolio Pathway. They share a single MedNext account.
